Fall Cooking Classes at Michiko Selection Cooking Studio

Interested in learning more about Japanese seasonings? Join our fall cooking classes at Michiko Selection Cooking Studio, and learn how to make easy, healthy recipes for your family using common Japanese seasonings. If you sign up for both seasoning classes, we will also give you a small Washoku Seasoning book by Michiko Matsuda.

Japanese Cooking Classes

October Japanese Cooking Class

• Miso soup with tofu
• Teriyaki chicken
• Boiled spinach with sesame sauce
• Rice
• Easy matcha ice cream

November Japanese Cooking Class
Date: Tuesday, November 29
Time: 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
Seasonings We Will Discuss: Dashi, Vinegar, Miso, and Sugar
• Agedashi Tofu
• Salmon with miso topping
• Cucumber and seaweed salad
• Persimmons with kuromitsu

Thai Fall Cooking Class
