Friday, November 17 and Friday, December 8/Vietnamese Class: Fresh and Flavorful Vietnamese Cuisine

Course Description: The heart of Vietnamese cuisine is fresh herbs and vegetables making the food healthy and flavorful.  In this course, you will learn about Vietnamese seasonings, how to make rice vermicelli noodles with marinated pork, an herb and salad platter, an easy beef salad appetizer, scrumptious roasted lemongrass chicken, and green mango salad.  Easy to follow recipes are provided to recreate the dishes at home.  Lunch is included.

Class dates and Menus:

Menu 1: Roasted lemongrass chicken, green mango salad, morning glory with garlic, and rice

Menu 2: Beef salad with peanuts appetizer, marinated pork with rice vermicelli, and herb and vegetable platter

Class Dates: Friday, November 17 and Friday, December 8

Time: 10:30 am – 1:30 pm

Course fee: ¥17,000 (lunch is included)
