Join us for our upcoming Japanese and Thai cooking classes at Michiko Selection Cooking Studio conveniently located in Ebisu! Taught by experienced cooking teachers, all classes are hands-on and held in a fun and professional cooking studio. Thai Class: Authentic, Popular Thai Cooking
Course Description: Learn how to balance the salty, sweet, sour and spicy flavors of Thai cuisine with this hands-on, two-part class. You will learn about Thai ingredients, how to pound a curry paste, how to make Thai salad, adjust spice levels based on your taste, cook a soup, and make sticky rice. Easy to follow recipes allow you to recreate the dishes at home. Lunch is included.
Class dates and menus:
Menu 1: Red curry chicken, beef salad, and mango sticky rice
Menu 2: Hot and sour fish soup, spicy minced chicken salad, and fried bananas with ice cream
