Learn how to balance the salty, sweet, sour, and spicy flavors of Thai cuisine through hands-on cooking classes in a professional and fun cooking environment.  Jeannine Law-Smith, an experienced cooking teacher, will teach you how to make authentic, popular Thai dishes using fresh ingredients.  Easy to follow recipes are included for you to recreate the dishes at home!  Lunch is included.  This class is taught in English.

Dishes: Red Curry, Beef Salad, Mango Sticky Rice

 

Class 2

Date: Wednesday, October 7, 2015

Dishes: Green Curry, Papaya Salad, Banana Fritters

 

Class 3

Date: Wednesday, November 11, 2015

Dishes: Spring Rolls, Chicken and Galangal Soup, Pineapple Fried Rice

 

All classes are Wednesdays from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.

Classes are held at Michiko Cooking Studio conveniently located in Ebisu.

Per class fee is 8,000 yen or 21,000 yen for all 3 classes and includes lunch.

Profile: Cooking has always been a passion for me, and when we moved to Asia almost 15 years ago I was able to broaden my culinary expertise by learning Thai cuisine from top cooking schools in different regions of Thailand.  In Singapore, I taught Thai and Vietnamese Cuisine at The Pantry Cookery School, and now I am excited to share my love of Thai cuisine with students in Tokyo.  Join us to learn how to make authentic, popular Thai dishes in a fun and professional environment.  (please include link to website information section on classes)
