Join us for our upcoming Japanese and Thai cooking classes at Michiko Selection Cooking Studio conveniently located in Ebisu! Taught by experienced cooking teachers, all classes are hands-on and held in a fun and professional cooking studio. Thai Class: Thai Home Cooking
Course Description: In this 2-part course, you will learn how to use lemongrass to add flavor to dishes, make fried rice, cook Phad Thai, make tamarind juice, and simmer bananas for a quick and tasty dessert. Easy recipes allow you to recreate the dishes at home. Lunch is included.
Class dates and Menus:
Class 1 Menu: Lemongrass prawns, pork fried rice, and chicken and galangal soup
Class 2 Menu: Phad Thai, red curry pork with beans, and bananas in coconut cream.
