Wednesday, November 1 and Wednesday, December 13, 2017/Thai Class: Thai Home Cooking

Course Description: In this 2-part course, you will learn how to make mixed vegetables in coconut milk, spicy fried rice with seafood, popular fried fish cakes, use tamarind juice to make a prawn appetizer, pound a curry paste from scratch and make bamboo shoot salad. Easy recipes allow you to recreate the dishes at home.  Lunch is included.

Class dates and Menus:

Class 1 Menu: Spicy fried rice with seafood and basil, mixed vegetables in coconut milk, fried fish cakes with cucumber dipping sauce

Class 2 Menu: Prawns with tamarind sauce appetizer, green curry with chicken, bamboo shoot salad, and rice

Class Dates: Wednesday, November 1 and Wednesday, December 13, 2017

Time: 10:30 am – 1:30 pm
