precisely. This all-purpose knife can be used for cutting vegetables, meat, and fish. It is
rust resistant, easy to maintain, and long-lasting. The knives are made by
‘Kikuichimonji’ in Kyoto. Kikuichimonji has been making knives in Japan for over 700
years. Using the superb sword-making technique passed down through generations,
Kikuichimonji pledges to produce high-quality knives.
