Spring English Cooking Classes Schedule

Spring Cooking Classes at Michiko Selection Cooking Studio

Our hands-on cooking classes will introduce you to new ingredients and teach you different cooking techniques while making healthy and delicious Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese cuisine.

Lunch and recipes are included.

April Japanese Bento/Picnic Cooking Class

Rice balls with green peas

Tamagoyaki (Dashi egg rolled omelette)

Karaage (soy sauce and ginger marinated fried chicken)

Grilled cabbage with dashi and bonito flakes
